The 'Hereford' Back Boiler stove - A high quality cast iron woodburning/ multifuel stove. Rated at upto16kW, will burn any dry wood / manufactured smokeless coals and anthracite.

The Hereford Boiler central heating stove has been designed with integrated 'wrap around' boiler, which enables it to be plumbed into your heating system, providing a piping hot water supply and around 10 radiators, as well as direct heat to the room.

NB: Boiler stoves need to be installed into open vented systems and not pressurised systems. If your current system is pressurised, you may need to incorporate a Multi-Coil tank in order to integrate.

Approximately 10kW will be to water and the rest to heat the room. - This equates to approximately 35000BTU, or up to 10 average sized single radiators.

Its wrap-around integrated boiler has been designed for maximum efficiency providing rapid water heating.

Complete with 4 water connections for both radiators and domestic water in and out (standard 1" BSP connections).

The Hereford Boiler has a useful riddling grate and quality chrome handles and fittings.

Saltfire stoves have been designed for maximum heat and efficiency with minimal emmissions. Each stove comes with 12 month guarantee. Saltfire stoves are hand made with 'virgin' cast iron - this means that they are NOT made using remelted scrap iron which can produce weak and brittle cast iron. The high temperature stove glass is sourced in Germany and chosen for its clarity and heat resistance.

All of our stoves comply and conform to EN13240 - This means they are CE approved for use anywhere in Europe.

Inside is a mechanised multifuel riddling grate, ashpan and Advanced 'Airwash System' to keep the front glass clean and to allow for a more environmentally friendly burn.
With adjustable primary and secondary air inlets, so you have complete control, enabling you to control how fast and fierce the fire burns, or for a slower smouldering fire with hours between refills or even to burn slowly overnight.

All Saltfire stoves are also supplied with flue pipe connector and can be used with either top OR rear flue outlet.
