Description

STRUCTURAL LOCKING BAND FOR USE WITH 6"/150mm INTERNAL DIAMETER (200mm EXTERNAL) TWINWALL STAINLESS STEEL INSUALTED SYSTEM.

This system allows upto 3metres unsupported flue pipe when used with STRUCTURAL LOCKING BANDS.

This means that the traditional GUY WIRE method is no longer necessary.

Each joint (not including cowl), above the final support bracket, should use one of these STRUCTURAL LOCKING BANDS instead of the regular locking bands.

These heavy duty bands are NOT required if the height unsupported is less than 1.5metres.

A high quality superior product, precision engineered stainless steel insulated flue system which can be used instead of a traditional type brick chimney.

This will effectively create a Class1 Chimney from scratch and most systems can be completed in less than a day.

The easy to use twist lock system is simpler than Lego or Meccano.

There are two main ways to construct your chimney system :-

A) Go through an external wall and up the outside like a drainpipe

B) Go straight up, passing through the ceiling and room above (where you have the option to box it in), and out through the roof.

Use a locking band on each joint for best results.
